Investigating

ENGLISH: We know that some customers are experiencing issues with the app, specifically with the connection drop between cloud and app. The result is that you will get a "reconnecting" banner at the top of the screen. A temporary workaround is to close the app, and open it again. We are in the process of investigating this issue. We will keep you updated as soon as we know more.
