ENGLISH: Some customers have experienced that the Smarthub is not responding today, although it appears to be online. The symptoms are that no devices respond, statuses (e.g., power consumption, temperature, lights, etc.) are not displayed, and the mode button on the toolbar is missing. The issue is likely due to an interruption in the underlying services and is currently being investigated by us. A temporary solution is to restart the Smart Hub (unplug the power - wait 3 minutes - plug it back in). We are working to resolve the problem and will provide updates here as soon as we have any.

NORSK: Noen kunder har idag opplevd at Smarthuben ikke responderer, men tilsynelatende er online. Symptomene er at ingen enheter responderer, ikke viser statuser (eks. Strømforbruk, temperatur, lys etc) og at modusknappen på verktøylinjen er borte. Feilen skyldes antageligvis et avbrudd i bakenforliggende tjenester og undersøkes nå av oss. Foreløpig løsning er å restarte Smarthuben. (Strøm ut - vent 3 min - strøm inn) Vi jobber med å løse problemet, og kommer til å oppdatere her så fort vi har noen oppdateringer.
