We've now resolved the incident. If you are still experiencing signal faults please verify in real life that devices respond to commands from the app. If devices are not responsive then please contact support so we can have a look.

We fixed the issue for affected customers earlier today. We have not received any new incident reports of this issue. If you are still experiencing that you are not able to control z-wave devices in your app then please contact us on support@futurehome.no, Slack community or Messenger.
